Q. Do you collect and deliver after hours and what does it cost?

A. Yes we do offer this service so that busy people don’t have to worry about finding time to do it themselves. The cost is dependent on the distance from Dalyellup but in Dalyellup and Gelorup it is a free service.

Q. Do you have a new bike assembly service?

A. Yes we do and it is important that these bikes are assemble properly for your safety

Q. During the service will you phone us to advise us of any extra costs that may be involved?

A. We will always advise you of any extra work required during routine services and repairs

Q. How comprehensive is the basic service report?

A. It is very comprehensive – see the example of the safety report. All services will include this report with delivery

Q. How do we know if our bikes need a service?

A. All bikes should be serviced at least once every 12 months and even more depending on how often you ride for the safety of your family and yourself. Once it has been serviced we will e-mail or phone to remind you of any recommended future services

Q. Can you service high-end mountain bike forks and shocks?

A. Yes we can and because of the tough work these components perform they should be serviced as per manufacturer’s recommendations

Q. How long do you have to keep the bike for a service?

A. Only for the day that it is booked in for. We can also perform emergency work if required
